Residential Pricing

LABOR COST: $100 - $300 (Cleaning Supplies and Products are included.)

COST PER ROOM: $20 - $75 (Depends on size and tasks to be done at hand.)

 

What we offer:

One Time Deep Clean: $75-$300 (pricing varies depending on different tasks that need to be done.)

Weekly Clean: $100-$400 per month

Bi-Weekly: $100-$275 per month

Monthly: $50-$175 per month

(All pricing is subject to change depending on size and tasks in the home this includes increase/decrease.)

 

COMMERCIAL PRICING

Pricing differentiates on square footage of property. We charge $0.15 per sq. feet. (Price per sq. feet is negotiable. Example if you have a 2000 sq. feet property it would be $0.15 x 2000=$300. This does not include labor cost for example if the labor cost is $150 your total would be $300+150=$450/per month.)

Monthly Clean

(The clean consists of High and Low dusting. Thorough vacuum and mop. Wipe down of high touch areas using Eco Lab products. Disinfect all surfaces including door knobs, desks, doors, telephone, etc. Spot clean walls, Garbage removal, light kitchen duties, and thorough clean of bathrooms.)

Other services can be added upon request such as window washing, carpet cleaning and pressure washing.
